JENNY COX

With 30+ years of experience as a writer, editor and public relations director, Jenny retired from NC State University in January 2019 and now provides freelance services as a science writer and editor.

 

She is a member of the National Association of Science Writers (NASW) and serves on the program committee for the annual Science Writers conference. She served as chair of the communications committee for the 10th World Conference of Science Journalists from 2016 to 2017 and serves in other volunteer capacities for NASW. She is also a board member and treasurer for SCONC and served as SCONC’s inaugural SciWri Congress representative.
