		<description>Hello,

I am a marine biologist turned twelve year biology educator and now science writer. I am also new to the area after having lived in the Sultanate of Oman for the last six years. Being in the larval stage of my new career as a science and nature writer, I would appreciate any tips as I move forward!

Regards,
Shawna</description>
